Program materials. Curriculum documents, checklists, and sample agreements are provided for the use of participating scholars, mentors, and host practices. Sample legal documents are templates, not legal advice; review them with your own counsel.

Portal access. Portal accounts are issued by the program office and are personal and nontransferable. Sharing credentials, attempting unauthorized access, or exporting records from the portal ends program participation and may be reported.

Accuracy and changes. Program dates, requirements, and content may change. We aim to keep this site current but make no warranty of completeness or accuracy.

Intellectual property. The program name, marks, curriculum, and site content belong to the program and its affiliates unless otherwise noted.
